Patients can browse meal options categorized into Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Beverages, Side Dishes, and Desserts, with clearly displayed service times. The intuitive interface ensures a seamless selection experience, available on bedside tablets and other hospital-integrated devices, enhancing patient satisfaction and nutritional care.
The Service Requests feature enables patients to request specific services directly through a menu interface. Available options include socks, snacks, chaplain visits, pillow, blankets, spill clean request, trash removal and reach a staff member with a Question. Each service is associated with a number displayed on the interface, corresponding to the respective number on the pillow speaker for easy accessibility.To ensure requests are intentional, the system includes a confirmation dialog box for every selection.
The My Care Plan feature provides patients with a comprehensive overview of their personalized treatment journey. It consolidates essential health information, including upcoming medications, scheduled procedures, daily and discharge goals, and staff visit logs. Patients can also communicate directly with the clinical team by adding notes, ensuring real-time updates on their care. With an intuitive interface accessible via bedside tablets and integrated hospital devices, My Care Plan enhances patient engagement, promotes transparency, and supports a smooth recovery process.
The Room Controls feature allows patients to manage their room’s environment through an intuitive interface. It will allow patients to adjust room temperature, select pre-configured profiles, control lighting, manage shades, and toggle door privacy settings. The patients can navigate the user-friendly interface by using D-pad arrows or numbers from the pillow speaker.
